Vigilant Society's private duty physicians and nurses most often are from our member hospitals. Physicians and nurses are encouraged to apply to become a Concierge Physician or Concierge Nurse of Vigilant Society to broaden their experiences while sharing their knowledge, love of medicine and country to our members. Vigilant Society is a Concierge Membership Organization providing members with access to world class medical care and travel services. Vigilant Society is not insurance and members pay their own expenses, bills and charges, directly to their care providers.  Member's save to 80% which makes the whole experience a generous and grateful one.     

Vigilant Society has responded to the many members wishing to have the private attendance of a Physician and/or a private duty Registered Nurse.  

Some of our Doctors and/or Nurses are available  to accompany the member on post operative medical tourism vacations. Beginning January 2009 Vigilant Society has available Physicians and Private Duty Registered Nurses for our members on a daily or weekly basis. 

Daily and weekly rates are provided at the time a member schedules surgery (or advanced medical procedure) and post procedure travel, which we call Medical Tourism. 

Rates are very fair and must include all expenses of the Doctor and or Nurse while accompanying the member.
