Vigilant Labs has contracted relationships with major Certified Clinical Laboratories (CLIA) around America.
As a Vigilant Society Member you benefit from this special relationship by accessing patient service labs staffed by certified laboratory experts and experienced licensed phlebotomists in nearly every
ZipCode. Procedurally, Vigilant Society must confirm that we have a lab in your area. If so, you may place your order online. Upon receipt of your order Vigilant Society will email you a lab order form (LOF) with directions to the facility nearest your location. Results are then sent to you via mail, email, fax and or to your physician.
Services may NOT be available in all areas.
Vigilant Society Individual membership is $899.00 for each individual member, with an option to convert individual membership to a family membership with up to four (4) total Family Members for a unbelievable
$1099.00 or less than .22 cents a day. If you have a larger family, you may include other family members for an additional $100.00 each additional member for the same
four (4) year period.
