Locate a Primary Care Physician or Post Operative / Post Foreign Care Physician by inquiry into our database of over 1 million Physicians, Surgeons and Dentists in the US:

• Signing in with your Membership Username and Password
• Upon accessing the Physician Referral database page, you have choices of locating a Doctor by name, address, zip code.
• Please note, not all physicians and surgeons on our list are current members of Vigilant Society.
• Vigilant Society member surgeons and doctors are indicated in the Member column.

In the event you are a non member, to receive the name and address of a doctor in your zip code, send an email to: referrals@vigilantsociety.com include your name, membership number if you have one, your snail mail address including the zip code and telephone number. Vigilant Society will send the information to you.
