ABOUT TRANSPLANTS

Vigilant Society is home based in the United States and is lawfully, morally and ethically bound to completely comply and support all federal (NOTA), state, international and local laws regarding referrals, procurement and transplants of human organs. Vigilant Society recognizes the unimaginable hardships for those who are waiting years for transplant of a kidney, a heart and other human organs, which rarely become available. In the U.S. alone, there are over 100,000 patients currently on a transplant list, with a conservative waiting period greater than 4 years and up to 10 years. What is even more sad, there are an estimated 18 American patients dying every day because no organ is available.

Vigilant Society healthcare services providers are also located in countries as India, where domestic law such as the national Transplant of Human Organs Act (THOA) governs all transplant procedures and limits live transplants to three categories: relatives by blood, spouses, and those who donated 'out of affection'. Each State has adopted Authorization Committees meant to scrutinize all applications for unrelated transplants. Hospitals conducting transplants are supposed to be registered with committees which are also supposed to monitor their functioning. Complying with the World Health Organization, all but a few States all around the globe have enacted laws to govern the sale and trade of human organs. Vigilant Society endorses a policy of teaching and educating about the great gift of life, which only the donor can give by performing a supremely human act by donating their own organ and where possible the organ of a deceased relative. Your signed Non Disclosure Agreement, Arbitration Agreement and Privacy Agreement permits Vigilant Society's legal and medical teams to constantly search for ways to serve our members in total secrecy and total confidentiality!

Total Charges include:
Pre-Operative Investigations: (pathology & diagnostics) Surgeon, Anesthesiology Fees, medicines and ordinary consumables used in nursing Care, hospital room for member and (1) companion during stay in hospital.

Pre- Procedure consultation(s) between members' (PCP) your own primary care physician and a surgeon or surgical team member via video conference, telephone or email, Instant Message Chat session, no limit on post procedure consultation(s) between members' PCP or surgeon with member hospital surgeon or surgical team member by means previously mentioned. Vigilant Society is constantly enlarging its Post Operative After Care list of Physicians. Please check the list of available physicians from the list available to members only.
