As a member, Vigilant Society may refer you to a qualified Surgeon or Physician who guides you in selecting the best care provider at the lowest cost to you.  Even though you pay all your own bills and expenses you may expect to save up to 80% from US costs.  

VIGILANT SOCIETY knows travel agents and other types of promoters offer to sell you foreign care at discount prices, Vigilant Society does not.  The Care Providers chosen for referral by Vigilant Society will offer you not a discount price but the best and lowest price available for any particular procedure.  We are confident your travel,  hospital visit and after care stay will be a genuinely rewarding experience.  We are building a wider network of after care providers here in America for when you return.
